When scar tissue binds up and ties down tissues that needs to move freely, muscles become shorter and weaker, tension on tendons causes tendonitis, and nerves can become trapped.
kinesiotape
Kinesiotape lifts the skin away from soft tissues promoting healing and pain reduction.
Kinesiotape can also be used to stabilize muscles or joints that have been sprained or hurt. Unlike braces and sleeves that constrain and reduce blood flow, kinesiotape can provide support and stability while increasing blood flow.
